A center would've been nice, but in the second round Charlotte drafted a guy in Taylor, who some people including Rick Bonnell had as high as the 19th best player in the draft. It's hard to pass on size, but I have to go with Cho's philosophy of "drafting talent and trad[ing] for need". I think they got the two best players available at the times of their selections. James might just surprise me, though.

bryan_wendland Bryan, you're my man 1,000 grand but I wouldn't give the Bobcats an A+. I agree with you when you say that this is one of their best drafts. Although Jeffrey Taylor from Vanderbilt is a solid player, I was hoping that Charlotte found someone at the center position. Bernard James and Robert Sacre were available. I love my Heels, but Bernard James showed his glutimus against the Heels. The Seminoles beat us TWICE last season, and James commanded the post including a facial on Zeller. At 27 years of age, James is already a grown man and mature. A starting lineup of Walker, Gordon, MKG, Thomas/Byombo, and James. I give Charlotte a B or B+ at the most.
