The Bobcats will look to snap a five game losing streak on Sunday afternoon when they face off against DeMarcus Cousins and the Sacramento Kings.
The Bobcats are coming off an absolute thrashing at the hands of the Utah Jazz, and will be looking to rebound by playing more consistently on the offensive end.
The Bobcats only managed a meager 68 points against the Jazz, and will need improved play from everyone to improve their offensive output. This improved play will need to come from Kemba Walker and Byron Mullens primarily. Kemba Walker only managed eight points on Friday against the Jazz, while Mullens only scored 12.
The bench will also be an important factor in the game. The bench was horrific against the Jazz, and will be looking to bounce back on Sunday.
The Bobcats will need to watch out for DeMarcus Cousins, a player that was involved in numerous trade rumors before the deadline. Cousins is averaging over 17 ppg and 10 rpg. Cousins is a superstar caliber player who is capable of taking over any game.
Tyreke Evans and Isaiah Thomas are two other integral parts of this Kings team. They both pour in 12+ ppg and help take some of the pressure off of Cousins.
The Bobcats have been struggling of late and this is a game that they can win. In order to win though every one of the Bobcats is going to have to raise their level of play.
The game tips off Sunday at 6 p.m. est.
